This data folder concerns the publication: "Intermolecular Hydrogen Bonding Controlled Intersystem Crossing Rates of Benzophenone" by Ravi Kumar Venkatraman, Surajit kayal, Arvind Barak, Andrew Orr-Ewing and Siva Umapathy The Separate folders contain raw or processed data as csv/text format files from the steady state resonance Raman, transient UV/visible, IR and ultrafast Raman loss spectroscopy experiments performed using the ultrafast and nanosecond laser facilities at the Indian Institute of Science (India), or the ultrafast laser system at the University of Bristol. TEAS (8 files) - contains raw and processed data of transient electronic absorption spectra for Bzp in CH3OH (methanol) and CD3OD (deuterated d4-methanol). TVAS (8 files) - contains raw and processed data of transient vibrational absorption spectra for Bzp in CD3OD. Res Raman (10 files) - contains subtracted resonance Raman spectra for Bzp in CH3OH (1400 - 1800 cm-1 range) and Voigt function peak fitting for the carbonyl stretching mode of Bzp. URLS (1 file) - contains processed ultrafast Raman loss spectra for Bzp in CH3OH. The file titles provide information on the sample concentration, the excitation wavelength (in nm), the spacer thickness in the sample cells (in microns), and the UV pump laser pulse energy (in nJ). In the .csv files for time resolved experimental data sets, column A contains wavenumber in cm-1 (for TVAS experiments) or wavelength in nm (for TEAS experiments). For columns B onwards, the top row of entries contains time delays in ps. All other entries are changes in optical density.
