Matlab scripts (written and used in Matlab R2018a) to generate all figures in paper except Figs. 1, 2a, 11a are in the files named 'FIG_*.m'.

Matlab functions used by these scripts are in files 'fn_*.m':
                     
fn_generate_ROC_curve_from_data0 - generates ROC curve from positive and negative data amplitude vectors fn_set_default_fields.m - utility to apply default values to function arguments


The data for each Fig is loaded at the beginning of each demonstration code.
