This data folder corresponds to the study of the behavior of YFeO3 thin-film electrodes under illumination. YFeO3 thin films on F-doped SnO2 electrodes were prepared by two different methods: - deposition of nanoparticles synthesized by the so-called ionic liquid route at 1000˚C followed by sintering at 400˚C (refered to in the data as NP) and - spin coating of a sol-gel precursor followed by a heat treatment at 640˚C (refered to in the data as C). The folder contains the following subfoderls, according to the figure of the paper they belong to: Figure 1: UV spectra and XRD patterns. Different files for NP-YFeO3 and C-YFeO3 samples. Figure 4: C1s, Fe2p, O1s and Y3d XPS spectra. Different files for NP-YFeO3 and C-YFeO3 samples. Figure 5: cyclic voltammograms under chopped illumination. Different files for NP-YFeO3 and C-YFeO3 samples. Figure 6: transients at different applied potentials. Different files for NP-YFeO3 and C-YFeO3 samples. No particular software is needed for the analysis of the data.
