INVENTORY 

This dataset contains a single character taxon matrix in NEXUS format

SOFTWARE

This dataset can be opened and edited in software that can read phylogenetic data in NEXUS format, including Nexus Data Editor (NDE) (http://en.bio-soft.net/tree/NDE.html) and Mesquite (https://www.mesquiteproject.org/).

COLUMN LABELS, ROW LABELS AND DATA FORMAT

Lines 19-296 contain column labels, which are displayed with their associated columns when the dataset is read by NDE or Mesquite. All datapoints are integer values associated with particular character states (e.g. presence and absence). Dashes (-) denote inapplicability and question marks (?) denote missing data. Datapoints in the format (x y) are polymorphisms.
