Feline urinary proteomic data tables.

This dataset contains fourteen files containing details of proteins identified in feline urine samples. They are available as Microsoft Excel Worksheets (.xlsx) and CSV files. 
No special software is requred to view or edit the worksheets. 
This data is provided as supplementary information to accompany the Master of Science by Research thesis entitled 'TO TREAT OR NOT TO TREAT: INVESTIGATING DIAGNOSTIC APPROACHES TO FELINE SUBCLINICAL BACTERIURIA AND URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS AND RESPONSIBLE USE OF ANTIMICROBIALS' submitted for examination in November 2019 within Bristol Veterinary School, Faculty of Health Sciences.
Each worksheet is referenced within the text of the above thesis. 
Column headings are as follows: Protein Accession Number, Protein Description, Protein Area, #Peptides matched for each sample, #Amino Acids, Molecular Weight (kDa).
