The format of the .dat files (generated by TRIQS) are as follows:
col 1:3 are the kx,ky and kz.
col4 is the spectral function.

The format of the .OUT files (generated by ELK task 101) containing the energy eigenvalues around the Fermi level are indicated at the top of the files.

2D spectral functions (FS) are evaluated at the Fermi level for kz=0 plane centered at gamma point (files named with 000) and the L centered plane (files named with 111).
