Chapter 4_JEMB This dataset contains Finite Element Models for chapter four in the thesis titled 'The effect of environmental change on the structure, composition and subsequently the structural integrity of un-attached corallines'. These models have also been used in the published paper Melbourne et al, 2018 'The importance of wave exposure on the structural integrity of rhodoliths', Journal of Experimental Marine Biology and Ecology, 503, Pages 109-119, doi.org/10.1016/j.jembe.2017.11.007 This folder contains three sub folders, original model, storm surge model and Updated Compartmentalised model, as well as one CAE and JNL file of the 3D compartment model; compartment.cae compartment.jnl. >Original model This folder contains the inp files of the originial 3D corridor model, under compression and shear loading.
