Motility assessment of macrophage subtypes 

The images used for these analysis were captured using the Incucyte live cell imaging platform. This data set contains the macros and plugins utilised to assess macrophage motility. The image processing program ImageJ (FIJI), which requires Java, is required to run these. Two plugins are required to run the macros: Video_Handler-mac64-1.0.8.jar and MIA_-0.16.0.jar, which are both included in this data set. The two macros used to asses macrophage motility are the 2020-12-02 Relate cells_phase macrophage.mia macro used to assess M0, M2a and M2c subtypes and 2020-12-02 Relate cells_phase macrophage_withcluster.mia used to assess M1 subtypes. This data set also contains the output data from the FIJI analysis, each .ods document contains analysis for one subtype from one donor, no special software is required to view or edit these. One representative video of each subtype are presented as .gif files, no special software is required to view or edit these.
