CPRD codes: infections and autoimmune diseases

This dataset contains the code lists used in a Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD) analysis looking at the diagnoses made following inflammatory marker testing in primary care. Infections and autoimmune conditions are broken down into subtypes, as detailed in the accompanying word document. These codelists were developed using validated methods as described by Watson et al (1). (1) Watson J, Nicholson BD, Hamilton W, et al.
