This dataset contains brain extracted anonymised MRI scans from 22 healthy volunteers between the ages of 25 and 80 (10 female, 12 male). The majority of participants are above the age of 40. Participants were scanned with 3T MRI (Siemens Magnetom Skyra) at Bristol Clinical Research and Imaging Centre (CRIC), University of Bristol (UK), between April – July 2017. MRI protocol included DTI, 3D T1 MPRAGE, TSE and CMPG. All images have been post-processed using FSL functions and inhouse MATLAB scripts. Post processing includes brain extraction, computation of DTI images and T2 maps and tissue type segmentation on MPRAGE images.
