"Microwave Plasma-Activated Chemical Vapour Deposition of Nitrogen-Doped Diamond, II: CH4/N2/H2 Plasmas" J. Phys. Chem. A, 2016. DOI: 10.1021/acs.jpca.6b09009 with sub-directories labelled accortdingly. Each contains files starting from the spectra, through summary spreadsheets containing the results derived from the spectra, to the scripts used to produce the figures (structured as outlined below) . PGO file is a PGOPHER simulation, OVR is a PGOPHER experimental spectrum, see https://data.bris.ac.uk/data/dataset/1nz94wvrfzzdo1d67et0t4v4nc and/or ref. 46 in the main paper, FITS is a raw experimental spectrum in FITS format (http://fits.gsfc.nasa.gov/), and NB file is a Mathematica notebook (see www.wolfram.com), reproduced as a pdf.
