Using Help
There are various ways of accessing the help system:
- The help menu will allow you to browse the help system, and has entries for many of the standard procedures for using PGOPHER.
- In most contexts, pressing F1 will show on-line help related to where
any keyboard input would go. For example, pressing F1 while editing a
rotational constant would show you something related to the rotational
constant.
- You can also press shift+F1, and click on a specific part of
the program to get help about that item
If you have problems reading the help files, the documentation can also be read on-line in any web browser at http://pgopher.chm.bris.ac.uk/Help.
